thankyou everyone - i just keep on trying and trying
i dont want to be someone who smokes until they die, and i am heading that way if im not careful ,
ive got many horrid mouth problems (caused by smoking), ive got no time to wait for cancer , or the heart problems which are both related to my condition.
Daizy, well done for getting straight back on the wagon, that takes real guts.
Your reasons to quit are really important, and I'd be willing to bet that if you can stick it out for a few weeks you will start to see massive differences in your health that will motivate you to keep going even more.
Just take it one crave at a time. One crave you can beat, right? That's all you need to focus on.
