best of luck...instead of smoking after work use that "smoke time" logging on to the forum and reading..and getting rid of those cigs as horse said is a good idea as well
I agree with Horse Magda, get rid of them! Unless you are one of these people who find it helps to keep a ciggie or two around as some people find it helps them to stay on their quit. I would undoubtedly give in and smoke them myself.
I always went outside to smoke so I actually found it helped in my quit. It is more difficult I think if you smoke indoors as you would then miss it with every activity it went with. At least if you smoked in the garage that limits that association. You are BARRED from the garage ok
I know all to well 'the tomorrow never comes' scenario but when it does it is seldom as bad as you think it will be. You then have the added incentive of having made THAT FIRST HUGE STEP
