Very bad skin -Help!

Hello All,

I have been here before - hope you're all doing well. I stopped smoking on Champix 3weeks ago and my skin is sooo bad now. I have never had that many spots, my partner laughs I look like a teenager.

Any idea how to help it? I use the face cleaners, drink loads of water but nothing seems to help.. :rolleyes:

Hello Angel,

I too quit with the aid of champix. My skin was truly awful. I read with positive jealousy of others who had quit whose face was glowing, blah, blah, blah. I am now at five months and my skin is much better; don't know when it happened. Still have a few more spots than I used to, but I don't look like a hormonal 13 year old anymore. I hate to say it, but it will pass.

p.s. I ate loads and loads of chocolate which probably did not help one bit, not to mention sleep was really disturbed.
