Hope everybody is doing well. Today is 10weeks Smoke free for me. I don't seem to be too bad, certainly not getting any cravings which can only be a good sign.:cool:.
I remember being on the patch for the first week , but got fed up with using them, and decided to just use the Lozenge , which i still have. I am so pleased to have got this far and hope the next two weeks will be even better .
I have read that many people on here have had the terrible 3's. I hope i don't get them.
