Hi everyone, I'm now on day 2 and I'm so glad I got through this morning without having a cig As soon as the patch started to take effect I was fine. I got through the first morning so I should be proud, but I feel exhausted and to top it off I had an argument with my brother earlier, just over something really daft. My plan is to make a cup of tea for a hoping it will give me a bit of energy, then have a chat with my brother and sort it out. Thanks.
