Back again ...Day 3!!!!!!: The title says it... - No Smoking Day
Back again ...Day 3!!!!!!
Good to see you back, M2V....although it would've been better if you were up at the Penthouse section
No worries, it does take some quite a few attempts to finally string together a sustained quit.
As ever, read, read, read and post, post, post your way into a successful quit.
All the best,
Cav
Good to hear from you again. I remember you as you stopped just after I did in December 2008.
You know the drill, exactly what Cav said, you can do this.
Jackie
Thank you both, just coming to the end of day 5, still have strong urges at times to light up , but they are becoming less and less and the periods of empty headedness are also decreasing. My major issue at the moment is my sleeping pattern, every night since my quit I have been waking up almost every hour :(:( . I'm still keeping a very positive attitude towards a succesful quit but I wont be letting my guard down like last time.
best wishes for a successful quit!! nice to meet ya!!
Well done on a successful Day 5. I know disturbed sleep is awful- hope it improves soon for you. Keep going - you know you made the right decision!
Last night was the "best" sleep since quitting, woke up once in the middle of the night, managed to get back to sleep, but then woke up at about 0630 and couldnt get back to sleep. Fingers crossed things are slowly starting to improve :):):).
Congrats to you glad your sleeping better, It will get better day by day.
