Well today is the proper tester for me (again);I'm off work so it should be so much easier (I never smoke at home).

Not too sure how I'm feeling today. I'm trying not to think about quitting too much as....well it makes you think about it too much as opposed to just getting on with life.

The funny taste is now leaving my mouth now, that is a positive.

Hi Stav, Lulabelle and Kitkat, Day three hmm the hardest of the three's. But well done some say this is the hardest, mentally it is. Your brain will play tricks on you telling just have one no one will know so what the hell go on. Correct no one will know but you will!! and you will be annoyed at your self.

I never ever thought I could stop and stav here I am 15 months down the road and it now is so easy. BUT IT IS HARD you have to be very determined and it can be done.

I hope coming back on here I can help others to quit for good.
