It's my birthday today. Best present I can give myself is knowing I've been free for three whole weeks today, and that I can make this year the healthiest of my adult life. I'm feeling great. How cool is that?

And even cooler... a birthday on 11.1.11 - that kind of symmetry has to be a good omen, don't you think?

Sorry missed your birthday, but wasn't a member at the time. Lets hope you had a good smoke free birthday, now looking forward for the same in May for myself, and if i can get that far and no doubting will it be 22 weeks without one, so there is something to focus on.
