Day 3 - what a joy!!!

I cannot believe I am posting on day three!! Had quite a good day today, I was out of the office with work so quite easy not to smoke. What ruined the whole day was my husband when I got home and we had an argument said: 'I think I preferred you smoking' That was the most hurtful thing ever but decided it wasn't going to get to me as I am doing it for myself, not him!!! It is very helpful reading how everybody else is doing on day 3 and see how we are all doing great, and although there is so much temptation we are still hanging on!! Tomorrow day four!!!!

Great stuff. You better just take the easy way out and believe it.

Some folk can be just so hurtful, but when you really look at it, it's them that are hurting. Probably in his case he's confused with the changes. It's such a fundamental change to us as individuals and sometimes we lose sight of those around us. That said, slap him upside the head anyway!

Tomorrow day four!!!!

Marta as you said you are doing this for you I am sure your husband did not mean to hurt you but is finding it difficult to cope with or maybe understand the changes but he will be so proud of you. Just give him time
