Hi all!

Yes, i'm back...and better than ever!

Nasty Nicodemon thought he could ruin my quit...p'ah! NO CHANCE!

A 1 day craving made me want a ciggie, and lots of you REALLY helped me out, so thanks so so much for that!

Just wanted to let you all know that a-i have broken the 200 day barrier, and b- i am doing good!

Yup, massive well done. You could have easily found an excuse to give in, now you haven't and that should feel completely liberating :D

I remember when you were at 100  Time really flies!

Here's to another 203!

Thanks everyone!

I have FINALLY (!!!) started doing something about my post quit stone that i gained too...so have been doing loads of exercise.

Last time i did this amount of exercise (about 3 yrs ago) my lungs couldnt cope and i ended up gasping for breath, even though my muscles felt like they could do more.

This time, my muscles are feeling it...boy oh boy are they feeling it!!!

When I grow up I wish to have the willpower and determination like my friend Claire

I'm happy that you have been able to do so well

You've just described exactly what starting excerise made me realise! When I was a smoker I used to just get tired because I was out of breath... I never realised that there was another kind of 'tired' - the one that actually works your muscles!

Feels amazing doesn't it? Well done for starting to do something about the thing(s) you're unhappy with :)

Hi Clare and so well done for hanging on in there!

I've just started running again too! Many many years ago I was a serious runner. the I started smoking. OK so I can't go very far yet, but it feels soooo good! I've signed up for a 5k charity job in 4 weeks time, so here's hoping!

Good luck to you and keep up the fantastic work!
