Hi Trish and welcome. Keep us posted. It helps to know that other people care and understand- most people really dont get what a major change this is.
me too!
Hi Trish, I am just coming to the end of day 2 also - having smoked for ... er.... about 39 years!! I'm not doing too bad, but feel like I am holding my breath a bit. Lets keep it going! My bro' says it gets worse over the first 10 days, then gets progressively better. So I'm hoping. I haven't found it as dreadful as I have in the past. On one quit I actually started crying before I opened my eyes in the morning. I have felt fairly sane so for, but am completely dreading tomorrow - first day at work not smoking. Doesn't feel easy right now, as everyone has gone to bed and part of me is saying, 'its ok, have one, no one will know'. But I will know, at that is actually most important. I will look in tomorrowto see how you are doing. Keep strong. It is possible, everyone here shows us that.
Pigs
Hi Trish How are you doing?
The NHS smoke free blue & white hand play thing
I wanna break it, but think it does help...Raph day 4 Errrrrr
Was ok this morning...wanna smash things up this afternoon. Calm control..........
I've had days like that too Raph, angry, sad, emotional.......... wife says she hasn't noticed any difference in me as i've always been a Grumpy Git
That made me smile
I work from home so my wife has gone to work, I can’t believe I have not gone to buy a pack of fags, still cant get over the cost of them in my local BP garage where I normally go £7.30, when I started smoking it was .35p for 10 Marlboro Red. I must be getting old....
