Day 9 and I can't get them out of my mind!!!

Hi all day 9 woke up this morning and felt great could breath and not go straight for my asthma pump. But I can't stop thinking about cigs today.

I have my patch on most of the time if not fallen off lol and using the inhalator as well as well....

Hi Emma, i have days like that where the thoughts don't seem to want to go, the harder i try the worse they get so now i just let them flood in, i embrace them and then somehow they fade.

Sounds odd i know but it's like "c'mon, give it your best shot" and when they don't force me to fail in my resolve to quit they then just fade away :confused:

Hey Emma, I can relate! Some days I can think of nothing else and then others I'm fine. Is a weird psychological head *bleep* we're going through. We can do it tho', gotta stay positive and remember why we want to quit
