Well, here I am at day 17. I have to say that it has been tough going and I am certainly not over the hill, but I have made it over the stile on the way to the hill! Don't get me wrong, I certainly still want the b*ggers but I know that it is just my mind playing tricks on me. I can't get over the fact that my mind conned me for so long. I also can't get over the fact that my hair is so clean all of the time! Herbal essences, I can actually smell you now. Yum. Hope you are all feeling positive and doing well. Am behind you all!

I have felt a bit fluey on an off (and also have had terrible constipation shhh!) - so I know how it feels, but we both know that that is better than the dreaded illnesses from smoking. So I say have lots of time in your pyjamas! x

Lol, I've got that too - but the retail box of Extra I had come today should sort that

And yes you're right - smoking related illnesses are some of the worst, my app tells me how many people have died of smoking since i quit, it's scary.

Have had to take a couple of days off sick 'cos it was so ropey, and had a PJ day today, but soon I'll be better than ever

You might find some foods you loved before you can't stand now and you like stuff you didn't before - it's odd!!
