Just about to pick kids up saw this and need to respond (bugger the kids)
We all have bad days, and tomorrow when this day is over and you floored the nico monster you will feel so much stronger.
Treat yourself to something nice, chocolate, hot bath, a glass or two, or maybe all three!
Stay strong sending you PMA and a big hug.

I have been quit for over 2 months and still get bad days, the trick is to remember why you quit in the 1st place.
Do what you need to stay quit, go for a walk, read, find a ginger bread man and pull his legs off - whatever it takes.
Remember everyone starts the same way - one day at a time!! Stay strong its worth it.
Hi there - as the others have said we all have tough days (even non smokers have tough days) The further you go on with your quit the less tough days you will have.
Remind yourself of your reasons for quitting. Your nearly 1 week quit - soon you'll be counting in weeks then months then years!
Keep strong and go and do something nice for yourself oh and leave the poor gingerbread men alone
You can do it. Day five is notoriously hard - I've noticed it so much when reading/posting on here.
Good advice from the others. Just get through one crave at a time. One day at a time. Tomorrow will be better. There will be tough days ahead but it really does get easier and easier.

Thank you all so much for your support yesterday, it was very much appreciated, and I'm pleased to say I made it through.
Went to bed at 830 though.
Feel much better about it today
Good for you G. If "Duvet diving" helps it doesn't matter what time you go to bed, every hour you struggle through is another hour of healing. Keep it up lass, you're doing grand. David. xx

BEST quitting tip ever i think! Esp by the time you find one/perhaps have to make one and then pull the leg off - the craving will definitely have passed, and probably most of the day so you will be one day further down the road
