still going stronge... I did have some trouble sleeping last night, I think it was the inhalator... I was feeling sick and figity until about 4 am, but am fine now. Didn't wake up wanting to get up for a fag this morning, instead stayed in bed and listened to the radio. nice !

day two for vicki
Thats brilliant Vicki
Well done hun, you know you can do this, stay strong and you will succeed
Your sleep pattern will sort itself out eventually, its because of the changes in your body.

Hi Vicki,
Well done you , especially for sticking it out through a tough night. Snowie is right, your sleep will sort itself out and the good news is, if you can get through the first week you're body will start to really sort itself out and you'll be well on your way to the first month, 2 months and so on...
Good luck for the rest of the week and don't forget where we are if you need us

Oh lucky you! Wish I could stay in bed. Hope you feel better hun. You can do it.:)xI was knackered I think, I was all itchey and agitated until stupid o'clock... I called the quitline and they said that it was withdrawals that caused my bad nights sleep.... I can handle that it if is just disturbed sleep.
I can't handle it if I have a bad night sleep. I am p-d off all day then for no reason and that's when it brings the cravings back even though I quitted almost 4 months now.

Hi Vicki
Just wanted to say a big well done from me on your quit. 2 days is terrific and def deserves a pat on the back. Keep it up girl as you can do this.
I remember the sleepless nights, and some weird dreams too but they do go eventually.
As i have said, stay strong and you can do this. Look at me, 10 weeks in and i never ever thought i would do it so if i can you can, infact all of those just about to stop or who have stopped you can do this.
I also forgot to mention that to help with the cravings and boredom i took up knitting, it helped me through the first weeks and i am glad i found a hobby to help me otherwise i think i would have resorted back by now. Also make sure you take a good multi vitamin a high dose one esp vitamin c that will help too.
Good luck to you all
Well done Vicki, you and G are more or less in the same boat so keep it going both of you. you know it's well worth it. David
