Well, I can hardly believe it. I stopped on 16/7/11 and haven't touched one since. Oh yes it hasn't all been plain sailing but honestly the fear of stopping is far worse than doing it. At least for me anyway.

Thanks to all those on this forum who inspired and encouraged me.
