Just smoked my last cigarette about 3 minutes ago. Thought I would write a quick post and then go to bed. Back to work on Wednesday so I wanted the first 72 hours out of the way. Hubby to be is aso quitting on Tue so I thought if I set an example he will stick to it.

Welcome to our club Becky and the very best of luck as you quit smoking, and when the nico demon is trying to get you to smoke,get out for a walk,run or some form of excersise, then spend some time on this website reading other peoples experences, then talk to all these new friends on this site. Also get your other half to join this forum,so that he can read about other people who have quit.
