Hi, I'm still smoke free. I'm 3 years tomorrow. I would never smoke again. I love being a non smoker now. It was hard in the beginning but so easy now. Terri xx
great to see you posting boo and Terri

Great to see you're still going strong - not that I ever doubted you for a fraction of a second.

hello everyone else helsbelles (waves back), carol, louiza74, AnEggIsAnEgg who would ever have imagined this day when we started out all scared and fragile, we got stronger and bigger than that dastardly nicodemon
I almost feel like Rocky Balboa running up the steps (just not as many muscles and not as tanned and female obviously)

Hiya guys,
I know I'm late replying to this post, but I'm still going strong as well. Ran 3 half marathons in 2013 and will be running the Edinburgh marathon this year, so it does work and is worth it. Congratulations and well done everyone
thanks gizmo and congrats on your quit and your running career, I love it I have done a few fun races but really struggle at the finish line with the crowds cheering, it makes me feel physically sick and like my legs are gonna collapse, I am quite a shy person and don't like attention so this puts me off entering the serious marathons (scary crowd people lol) but I do enjoy going out running on my own or with friends
