WOW!!! Day 2

Well, I'm half way through day 2 now :). Can't say sometimes I don't think about one, But surprisingly, I don't really feel a absolute craving for one. Maybe it will hit me latter, I don't know. I have found that as long as I have something in my mouth, I'm not thinking about having a smoke. Oh well, 8 or 9 more hours 'till bedtime and then I can start on day 3...and 4......and 5.......

This is really the hardest time for me!!! I'm beginning to wonder if stopping having a few beers in the afternoon at the same time stopping smoking was a good idea. Maybe if I had a few beers to keep me busy, I wouldn't be so bored in the afternoons. At least for a couple of weeks until I see how it's really going with the stop smoking. What do you all think? :confused:

I'd say do whatever it takes (within reason) to keep from smoking ......but alcohol,,,, that could be a bit dodgy?? nothing weakens your reasoning or resolve like alcohol.

Only you know whats best for you - but that doesn't mean you should allow your nicotine addiction to try tell you whats best for you though
