Well I was snowed in a caravan park last week and so couldn't get cigs. Now I am on day seven. Strange I haven't had any cravings really at all in this quit. I think it must be because i was in a different environment and so no triggers. Have not used NRT.
Failed last attempt - now on day 7 of quit - No Smoking Day

Good luck...seems the snow may have done some good to some people after all.

Yes it sure did. It's day 8 now. I seem to have alot more energy. Actually went for a little jog earlier on, then came home and cleaned the flat. Last night my friend was around here and smoking. I must admit the smell was alluring. Funny how sometimes it smells good and sometimes horrible. I am glad I didn't smoke though. One thing I find annoying is when you are at the pub with smoking friends. It feels uncomfortable because they are off every twenty minutes to go outside for a smoke, and one of them feels they need to stay in to keep you company. I would go out and chat when they smoke but it seems crazy. Why go out in this cold when you can keep warm inside. The smoking lark, eh, what a waste of time.
