I have made it up a level. On day 22 now. I had an almighty craving on Sunday and OH got shouted at :mad:. But to be fair that has been the only one.

I am on patches and inhalator. Stop using the inhalator last week. One more crutch down, one to go

Only one craving so far - wow im jealous!! You may still get some from time to time but they do get less strong!!
