Dear All,

Sun is shining I'am still craving but have done a whole month cold turkey.

I am pleased and try and be postive and think of all the good things,

There are times of the day when I think it would be so so good to have a roll up,thats ok I can think that but in my heart I know I won't do it.

To all out there it can be done and it will be up and down but try not to stay with the negatives.

Try and think of all the good things.
