Have just been to see the stop smoking nurse. My carbon monoxide level is now at 2, the level of a non smoker. Yippee:D. This morning was horrible, the urge would not go away, but since I have got back to work all is well. 
I have not craved in.

Well done PP,
That is great news and makes the stopping even better cos you know that your actually doing some good at last.
Make sure u stay strong and dont give in and if you do find your starting to falter give us a (((SHOUT))) and we will all be there for you.
