Day 5 and I'm feeeling gooooood!!

Not really sure what to say today, apart from WHOOOOOHOOOOOO!!! Am on Day 5 and feel terrific!! Have been sleeping so so well. Am also so bloomin' chilled out. I always thought the cigs relaxed me, but I haven't felt this calm for years....have even been having a stressful time at work, but haven't even wanted to reach for a cig!!

How are you all doing on this rather warm Friday??

Anyhow, day 12 for me, not had any cravings or true thoughts to be honest since i had my loopy moment on Monday and Tuesday i think it was i downloaded that Hypno sessions and i listened to that a couple of times and i have not thought about them at all if im honest, which is good.

Im just chilling myself now, i cant believe that week 2 is nearly over now for me and i dont know where those last days have gone too.

I am so glad that i have given up though, i just wish that my gunk in my throat would start to come up and go cos it feels like i constantly have a mass in there, yet i try and cough and if im lucky it only shifts a little bit, mind you it is starting to clear my lungs a bit more now.

I am sleeping better now too, but still get a little tierd in the afternoons but then it is still early days.
