Hi all - lapsed quitter who's started again here.

I'm in Day 2 and a half (having decided to quit at Monday 5pm) and feeling pretty much like cr@p. I have a headache and I want to commit actual bodily harm on both my collegues and various inanimate objects on my desk (phone and P.C. mainly).

Having just shifted most of the weight I put on during my last quit attempt (January to July this year cig-free - hello to all the remaining "New Years Revolutions"!), I have eaten today so far:

- 3 x Pieces of toast (with Anchor butter - other sources of massive amounts of saturated fat are available)

- 5 x small bags of Haribo (Haloween left overs)

- 1 x Roast beef sandwich

- 3 x bags of Quavers

- 0 x Sausage Rolls (but I could really fancy one)

No point ot this post really. Just checking in with my latest quit attempt. Anyone eaten more than me? Anyone imagining more grizzly ends for their collegues than I am?

If you can do better, let me know by reply!

Hi Munter

I cant comment on the food side of things but i did want to say a big well done on starting your quit again. :)

Last friday I had this wonderful array of food:

3x croissants

1x Kinder Bueno

1x Lasagna

1x Bread roll

5x Thorntons Chocolates (the little ones)

1x Chicken Curry Sandwich

And that was only until 6pm! I'm trying to get my stomach to shrink a bit now as my food intake is just not normal!

Also, have just bought a MASSIVE bag of apples and oranges to get me through my food craves :)

btw, well done on deciding to quit again, mustave been horrible to start smoking again after 7 months quit! At least you must still have it fresh in your mind how nice it was to not smoke :)

Have a gd day!

Day two again - fell off the waggon at the weekend.

BLOODY HELL I'M HUNGRY - So far have only had normal sandwich and bag of crisps for lunch, with a snickers as a mid afternoon snack.

However, I'm about to approach the sheer unadulterated terror of the Petrol Station on the way home. They sell lots and lots of sweets/crisps/pastry as well as fags.

Wish me luck quitters!
