Thanks Girls, I am so proud of myself Havent we done well :

A couple of pounds heavier but so much better for it. I went out last Sat and I came back stinking of smoke ( can still smoke inside here ) It was horrible! I have more energy, I dont have to think when my next smoke will be and get cranky if I can't get one..... The freedom is FANTASTIC :D:D:D:

Well done Nicki, that completes a great month for the Octoquits.

Think you've hit the nail on the head - it's the freedom I most enjoy - not worrying about when you can have the next cigarette. You don't realise how much smoking dominated day-to-day activities until you stop.
