Never been so relieved to work out I was dreaming! YAY my quit is intact, AND even in my dream I didn't enjoy that smoke. SUCCESS!

Day 28 Incy is amazing. Don't know about you but I am starting to actually forget what day I'm on, which is welcome! I did have a hard time last night whilst drinking wine with a non smoking friend. Thoughts of smoking kept coming in like it's what I do why aren't I doing it. Got a bit panicked at one point like I can't do this but I didn't smoke. I suppose it's all just reconditioning. When do you join month 2?
