Well today is my quit day. Day 13 of my champix and have decided it's time to say goodbye to that horrible habit.

Been up since 7am and it's now luchtime and I am doing ok. Wouldn't say it was easy but didn't expect it to be but it is managable and I AM going to do this.

Here's a tip..........clean your cooker!! Lol Just spent 2 hours cleaning mine and it was great therapy.

Ooops ............. I've just let everyone know that my cooker was dirty.

Think I'll do the windows next.............then the curtains and anything else that stinks of smoke.............well that will keep me busy.

Looks like everyone is cleaning today. I was struggling earlier and read on this forum about keeping busy. So i've just been and cleaned two cars both in and outside.

It has certainly helped.

come around my place lol..i decided to leave more stuff for tomorrow as i ll need to keep busy,so got windows to clean,gardening,cook lunch...
