2 months in and I had one. Bought one for a pound last night outside the pub. Funnily enough I regret it and have no temptation to take another! Just a blip?

PS Claire's set up a team for those of us who quit in August & Sept, we're called the 8-9-10's and she's posted in month 3 if you're interested in joining????
Will do. I was doing so well too.
That 'regret' and 'no temptation' will need to be cleaved to as it'll become easier in the future for your mind to say, "well, it was okay the last time and I didn't go back to smoking so it'll be okay to have a smoke now." That leads right to the slippery slope. Remember to learn from the experience and build in plans to avoid similar situations from arising again.
I'd go with 'just a blip' on this occasion, NY.
Keep on keepin' on,
Cav
We've all been there! BUT it was only 1 and you've no desire to have anymore so I say just jump back on!
