This is my day 2 for the second time in a few months. I gave up for 3 weeks in July, feel off the wagon at a party. I was going to wait until the kids went back to school on the 6th but have a cold so thought I might as well bring it forward.
So far so goodish. I have kept busy, no major craving problems. Have been a bit bad tempered with the kids. I have a 10 year old and a 3 year old, the youngest is going through a little sod stage lol !!!
Work in an hour,so glad you cant smoke in pubs nowadays. I am definately going to avoid achohol for a while, it doesnt bother me in the slightest and dont want to fall off the wagon again for the sake of a voddy and coke.
Good luck to everyone who is in the early days of quitting, I know the sleeplessness is going to hit me in the next few days too

Nice work Helen for getting to Day 2. I hope you find it easier this time to give up and continue to avoid temptation when you are next in a social environment. I think because you gave up in July for 3 weeks that this attempt will be a lot easier.
The familiarity of the experience and emotions you felt last time will help you succeed this time. Good luck...
