On my 3rd day now and so far seems to be going fine
Been drinking lots of water and had a few smoothies too to keep me full up and stop snacking on chocs n biscuits!!

Hi Lottie, dont eat all the choccy, save some for me, try eating the dark choc if you like it as its healthier for you and also you are doing the right thing with the water as thats so helps the quit or at least it did mine, theres a link in my sig, not to boring but interesting about the water, you sound motivated so keep strong and you will soon see all the rewards that come with quitting xx

Yeh now you mention it Chrissie I do remember about the sunflower seeds, I'll pop into holland & barrett tomorrow and get some..... along with any other healthy snacks I can find!
