I did have a cheeky one last night as I ran out of patches . Better than 10 a day I guess. Thats 39 Cigarettes I've not smoked this week. Quite shocking really. No wonder you feel the benefits so soon.
The greatest thing is, I feel full of energy and the constant worry of smokings health implications is dwindling!
The big test is my day off work tommorow as I'll be sat at home relaxing and resisting the urge to visit the petrol station accross the road from the my flat will be dificult, but I've managed to avoid the god forsaken place so far this week on my way to work, so it should be a doddle!

You are doing so well on your quit, don't let that one turn into the first of many  A lot of us have been there including me
If you have managed popping across the road all week I am sure tomorrow will be fine. Keep yourself busy or post & read on here. Once you have got tomorrow safely out of the way you will be safe in the knowledge that a relaxing day at home causes no problems
Day 4 is well good mate, i agree with gaynor though with your patches..if your gonna use them do it properly coz one fag can turn into more & more....And its so not worth it
And dont look at the petrol station opposite do something else like putting your nice smokey savings in a jar
You sound happy all the same..youve almost done a week ..well done you
Hi Dan, I will say sorry to hear you succumbed and had a cig, didn’t seem to bother you much though did it, but that’s the scary bit you will now think that every now and again you can have a fag and it not be a problem but trust me you cant, so many will tell you the same thing there is no such thing as one cig cause before you know it you will think you can have one every now and then and it want be a problem and before you know it you will be smoking again on a regular basis and then you will be thinking wish I hadn’t had that first one, so better to struggle for a few hours till you can get some more patches and be a none smoker than to smoke one and back to square one.
You are doing well so keep it up and if you feel as if you are going to smoke come on here and post, rant and rave whatever keeps you smoke free x

Good, glad to hear it. It's always your choice at the end of the day so choose NO
Yes, your lungs are heaving a sigh of relief that they are not sitting in a fog of inhaled smoke & choking chemicals so now they can work at getting rid of all that gunk. Go lungs, go
