Only come back once in a while now as feel, setteled as a non smoker, I cannot now imagine why I ever smoked, I know that I will NEVER be tempted again.

That is so good to hear, and anyone starting out will certainly be pleased. Really glad that you're all settled in as a non-smoker, i'm a good way behind you but like you, can't imagine how I smoked so many for so long, glad to be rid of it.
