Thank you all for your congrats and thank you Jase for remembering my 500 days! Jase, you were right, I did forget all about that milestone! I hardly ever think about cigs, but once in awhile when I go do something that I haven't done since quitting, a quick-blink of the eye thought pops up in my head that "I used to smoke now". I'm looking forward to the 2 year mark and then I will really feel that my quit is complete. I haven't forgotten how hard quitting is or any of the side effects we all have to deal with. I hope never to forget because its one of the things I never want to repeat, so it keeps me going strong in the quit. Being smoke free is wonderful and I entend to enjoy for the rest of my life! Jody, well done! This time last year we were still working so hard at our quits and now it's so easy..... All I have to do is come on here and read some of the newbies struggling and I KNOW I will never forget and never go back.... here's to us very happy non-smokers! Cheers, Jody!!
