Tomorrow marks the end of 6 weeks for me, 6 very interesting weeks! I can honestly say that I feel like a different person, like I've gone through some major changes in my life...I would even go as far as saying I have regained some of the me I feel I lost through 5+ years of smoking cigarettes and dope. But its only through finally quitting cigarettes that these changes have happened, even though I haven't smoked dope in nearly a year!

I have been cold turkey for 5 weeks now and although I do still think of smoking, I don't see myself as a smoker anymore. Infact I look at smokers and feel sorry for them.

I have never felt so good! Not for a while anyway Hope everyone else is having their slice of this cake, and if not. Don't worry, all in good time

Well done Alexis and pleased you are feeling so confident, it does get easier and im sure you are hitting the best time of your quit as things like health realy do improve massively, try not to become to sure because you know he is sitting on your shoulder just waiting too catch you unawares enjoy the weekend x

Sounds like your in a similar place to me mate, I can't believe it took me so long to stop smoking now I've gone a month without it.
