What an embarresing situation to be in when something leaks out of ur nose right onto the table, didnt even feel it comin! can feel my body still expelling toxins here n there from time to time and im now 5 weeks into my quit!

Hi alexis87 oh yeah i get that sometimes ...but i got that before i quit if i got a bad cold or wotever it would just happen wen i leaned forward & just snotted anywhere without warning

its not happened for ages ..i got a cold atm so tomorrow will be the day:eek:...unsure if it is a quitting thing ..but hey im not expert just coz it happened wen i smoked? ??

not really, only recently since i hit my 1 month mark I've had a few drips here n there. And started to bring up gunk. Today my throat REALLY hurts when I swallow...but I guess kitkat is right, you can't put it all down to the quit
