Hey Guys,

Having a really bad couple of days. I haven't had any cravings and are doing well with that, but I have the worse cough I think I have ever had in my life. Was up all night coughing my guts up. I have had my fair share of coughs in the past but I don't think I have ever had one this bad. I know it's probably a good thing as it's getting rid of the crap on my lungs but it is so annoying.

So unhappy! Why doesn't the doctors warn you that you will feel like shit when you give up smoking?

Try not to be unhappy, you have managed not to smoke for 2 weeks Be happy & proud, you are doing great. Sorry to hear you have such a humdinger of a cough. It it doesn't clear up I would perhaps just get it checked just incase you have a chest infection. I stopped coughing when I quit which I found strange as I had such a bad chest. Did expect it to carry on while my lungs got rid of the c**p!
