day 3 for me

in about an hour i will have completed my 3rd day of not smoking. today has been easier than the first couple of days and i am now more determind to stop for good. i am still using the nicorrette inhalator and i think its great, it really works for me. thanks, Daniel.

well done on day 3 its supposed to be the hardest. i used inhaler last time - really good. fell off wagon for a few weeks but back now see you on day 4 tomorrow and i will be on day 3

Well done reached a nice milestone there 3 days is always mentally a tough day to get too, you read all about the symptons in the first three daysand by now yo uwould have been through a few....so well done tomorrow will seem clearer for you as you know if you can get through the three hardest days you can kick on from here ...be strong stay focused and keep telling yourself you are doing the right thing ...because you are

The inhalator? is a device that you put nicotine capsules in and puff on it, not into the lungs just into the gums is that right as I’m not a user so don’t know.
