Day 3 you wont beat me!!

Hi guys and girls. Woke up this morning feeling like my chest was about to cave in and all i wanted was a civ. Ive lay in bed all morning havnt even got my inhalator and i will do this. So up i get now for a late breakfast and a smokefree day.

I can see why people eat more now haha. Craving now again. I do hate cravings. Need to fight now.

Definately nothing wrong with eating more to begin with. Just try to indulge more in healthier snacks and not so much junk. Not that I can talk ... lol :o

I've had a really tough seven weeks, compared to what I was expecting. But I can honestly say that this last week has really been an eye opener. I do have my e-cig for those times when I need it most, but I seem to be thinking about smoking less and less every day. It's not so much that the cravings disappear, it's just that they don't take up anywhere near as much brain space. I have "fleeting moments" and then they pass over.

I didn't think that this would be possible for me at all, and I have been so close to caving, but I'm seeing the light at the end of that loooong tunnel now and being a non-smoker is becoming part of my life :)

So please believe us when we say that it gets easier. And be proud of your amazing achievement so far!! xxx

I know you can do it, and you definitely will do with that attitude :)

Don't stress about the eating now, you need something to cheer yourself up a bit early on, and as long as it's not anything too extreme it won't hurt!!

Take it one hour/day at a time m8, always think of something apart from the weed, exercise is a must i think as it gives you an incentive to stay healthy, give it a go, you never know , keep those lungs clear, jog/cycle/swim ect , there s lots to do to make you feel good about yourself :)
