Hi FA,

I think we all go through phases when no matter how much we eat we are never satisfied. Try eating lots of healthy stuff that will fill you up along with the naughties if that's what your craving. I am on a diet & have been surprising un-hungry if that's a word!!!!

Well i hope you are right as i have been hungry since i quit, and it hasnt worn off yet and i am also on a major strict diet for weeks now and want to eat anything and everything in sight

oh my god i am going to eat our bungalow if someone doesnt stop me, get the fat police to lock me up, ok so it has got to wear of eventually hasnt it or i will be as big as godzilla, NO ITS OK CAUSE I AM POOING FOR ENGLAND AS WELL WHICH I HAVE NEVER NEVER DONE BEFORE

Pooing subject is lovely Jamanje BUT i think i have the answer to this FAT BEAST SITUATION....!!!!

Last time i got stupid skinny was because i kinda overdosed on the kelp tablets they are good for you especially if you have an under active thyroid but in the normal person kelp in fact sppeds up metabolism thus increasing weight loss.

So who's off to the health food shop tomorrow for some kelp?

me too..IM also scared of becoming a fattie......:eek: im okay with a bit but ....I tried them kelp tablets years ago are they seaweed ones?..Didnt notice much at the time...?

Thanks kk i've always been a skinny minny but since the scales have gone from 8.8 to 10.12 in two years i'm freakin a bit :eek: i've never had to 'try'to loose weight now even though i'm busy etc i'm still scoffing like crazy!

Urgh....don't want to be a fat munter, coz if i was i may as well smoke instead, be skinny be happy n die young or live a long fat miserable life ... :rolleyes:

OMG that is really weird i was 10.10 approx wen weighed myself on sunday!!! omg i was probably 9.10 - 10 around that previous ...lol xxx it is freaky hahaha xx i am not alone ....are you tall though? im about 5.5 or 5.6 .

No kk nt calling anyone a patoato lol. It's just me i'm depressed because i can't get into my clothes, never had weight issues in my life up until now. I'm not fat but i'm just feeling porky for some stupid reason. I wonder....did smoking keep it at bay thats all.

There is only one answer, lots of running and perhaps a eaw diet. Jeeeesus whats left in life?

I've gone from a size 10 to very nearly a 16,never, ever been this big. So I have to have words with myself and the fridge raiding must stop....I WILL NOT buy size 16 jeans. No way!

I used to be around 12-14 as a teenager (before i started smoking) so i wonder if this is my natural without smoking size.

No i don't think so. It's just the initial shock of going without smoking makes you appreciate food more haha.. I just need to up my metabolism and burn this chub fast. I have loads of jeans and skirts i can't even get into..:mad: The BF wanted me to put on weight but now it has made me so miserable.
