Feeling absolutely great about being an ex-smoker but when does your body really get back to normal?
Today I seem to have aquired the skin of a 14 year old and it's not a good look
How long do I have to put up with bad skin

It is individual, but in my experience it is your body getting rid of filth! I think my skin was bad for about 2 weeks. And then it got better then before... So, it is worth the wait. Be nice with it, clean it with some gentle lotion and give it time.
And, congrats on your quit! It is worth it!
I haad that too. Just drink lots of water to help flush the toxins out of your blood. A massage will ghelp speed up this removal btw.
