Do I get a prize for the oddest giving up symptom?

I'm back down the ladder after a slip and getting the same random symptom I've had before giving up. I'm only on low dose patches so perhaps it's nicotine but starting to think it's the way my nicotine monster says hi. The best way to describe it is 'grumpy leg'. It's not a cramp but it's not a pins and needles it's more of a shake the leg restless grrr feeling. Have thought it is either psychological which I say hoorah to as obviously the nicotine monster is worried or it's to do with circulation (I have got high blood pressure). Just incase anyone else is having this random symptom thought I'd say come join the odd club you're not alone :)

Sorry being flippant now ...has to be circulation karmatosed which could be a good thing you know more oxygen in the blood causing vessels to react have you seen the doc ? he would give you a better answer well certainly a sensible one.... but hang in there with your quit keep going soon be free :)

  • Like This is it?

  • Me too....I love your description that is exactly what I had....

lasts a few weeks, went away and did recently come back again, now settled.

It has to be circulation as I have noticed that I no longer have freezing cold feet all the time...scary to think my circulation was that bad.

    Good luck Hun

    xx
