LOOK WHO'S HERE!!!!!

1 whole year today!!! OMG can't believe I'm actually here :eek: I remember this time last year having considerable amounts of envy for people that had managed to quit for 2 weeks, let alone 1 whole year!! I remember thinking how long a year seems when you are going through something like giving up smoking.... BUT, it has gone by and it did get easier, and I'm still alive to tell the tale

Congrats to everyone who has decided to quit, it is the best decision you will EVER make, keep up the fantastic work.

Well done to all my MMQ buddies, without you all in the early stages I might just have been sat here now stinking!!

And well done to all you other 1+ yearers ..... it just the best feeling aint it?
