This might sound like a very strange question but I wondered if anyone else had experienced anything similar...
I've been smoke free for a week and was quite surprised I haven't developed a cough yet. However, for the last couple of days it feels like there are loads of hairs stuck in my throat! It's not painful, just a really annoying feeling! Am I going mad post-cigarettes?!
Just wondered if anyone else had anything similar...

I have had similar but more like phlem getting stuck in the back my throat which could be what you're feeling. I am still getting it after 12 weeks I would not worry about it but if you are go see the quack (doctor).
Your body is going to go through a lot of changes as you go through your stopping smoking so be prepared for the changes.
