Day 8

Day 8 and I get to move to a new forum! Hi week two people, feelin good, had a checkup with the NHS smoking nurse this morning - she says my CO levels are definitely back to normal and I'm feeling fine.

I had a bit of a crave last night when talking on the phone long distance to another smoker. That's one thing I do associate strongly with it. I think next time I'll buff my nails or something.
