Day 19........

Feeling ok, just wanted to put it down in writing that i am on day 19 really!

Hope everyone else is ok today - I am feeling fat Serves me right for having a bacon sandwich, a chocolate chip muffin and half of a container of grapes for breakfast really. I really must stop this binge eating!!!

Hey glad you're doing okay - I'm right behind you... 17 days and it's Friday whoo hoo. This will be my third weekend smoke free :D. Although I'm on my 18th patch so think my days are mixed up somewhere? Who cares - after next week I'm counting the months not days or weeks And then I'm going to stop counting and celebrate that I'm a non-smoker.

I've resisted the food so far well unless you count the lollypops :eek: But so far the weight is staying the same so very happy

That bacon sandwich sounds fantastic! I'm managing not to eat too much but my problem is Amazon. I decided to order some "rewards" to arrive at certain days if I was still fag-free. I've now spent 4 times more than I've saved on cigarettes:mad: Still at least I'll be a non-smoking bankrupt Well done everyone for sticking at it
