Hi, day 5 here. I feel cravings today, but didn't yesterday. Something stupid at work got me irritated and "CIGARETTE" came into my head. I won't smoke though, but it is incredible how instantly I link the solution to stress as smoking.
I'm looking forward to getting off of work and going for a nice run. I've noticed that I can smell more today. This morning I noticed my conditioner has a scent, whereas before I didn't notice.
