hi its day 9 for me and it dosnt seem 5 mins since i was on here saying it was day 5 and cant wait until tmw to go into double figures working my way nicely to 2 weeks feeling fine loving the no smoking now not missing it at all so im going to keep going and if i still feel like this i a few months i will be buzzing my head off right now i dont think i will ever smoke a fag again im determined not to so bring it on i can do it i know i can xxxxx
