Not a regular on here, but just like to check in every so often and see how everyone is doing.

I don't want to tempt fate, but I'm loving life as a non smoker. All is good, and I really don't feel like I'll go back to the darkside again.

Going out for meals as a non smoker is much, much better. Not having to leave a restaurant in between courses, and then return, reeking of stale fags! It's great.

As I've said in earlier posts, this is far from my 1st quit. I've had some horrible experiences in the past, and I've also had some good quits where I've stupidly gone back to the evil fags. Something has clicked this time and I love it. Everyone is different, and that's why this forum is so good for everyone to share their differing experiences.
