Hiya

Well I'm feeling a lot better still which is fab

Am still getting cravings, but they're a lot more manageable than they have been so i can cope!!

Was out yesterday, and had a lovely time in the sunshine with ym friends and a lovely evening too. Am really impressed that I didn't have any serious craves and didn't actually consider having a cigarette 'cos it could have been dodgy. It's doubly good for me 'cos I *used* to smoke like a chimney on days like that, so it's real progress!!

Am feeling a lot better this morning than the old, smoker me would have too - a little spacey but no hangover

(and i got outbid on an eBay auction drunk me thought was a good idea to bid on but sober me definitely doesn't) *phew*

Here's to a lovely, sunny, smoke free day!!

Ooh and 7 weeks tomorrow for Carol, Ola, me and hopefully Gemma 2

Lol! I get away with that one very easily - my mobile is waaaaaay too old to let me do things like that!

Good thanks Gemma that stuff is working well now, had my

first glass of wine ( alright maybe bottle not glass lol ) since I quit which could

have been a trigger situation but was fine ( didn't even think of a fag ) which

was a nice surprise :D xx

It's bizarre, logically I know I didn't enjoy smoking any more and am so pleased to have quit - so the tiny bit of my brain that tries to make me go back to it is maddening!! It won't succeed though :cool:
